几个正在火车实验室里解剖外星人的日本医生被一群不明身份武装人员杀死，外星人被带走。M从私人手中买到的录像带里看到了解剖实验，追循出处时，发现制作录像带的人已被杀。现场逮到了一个日本人，从他手中掌握的情报，追查到了有关军方打捞到的UFO的线索……另一头，S遇见了一群也曾遭受UFO 劫持的妇女，她们使她回忆起来一些片断，告诉她会面临可怕的病症…… M见到活体外星人被带上火车，他不顾X先生的警告，紧追不舍……
